IPSWICH — Chief Paul Parisi is pleased to announce that the Ipswich Fire Department has launched a redesigned website.
The redesigned website, ipswichfire.org, has a user-friendly design that allows visitors to access resources, forms, department rosters, news, and more within a few clicks.
On the homepage, visitors can access fire prevention tips and information about Student Awareness of Fire Education (SAFE) programs. Users can also sign up for Smart911 Alerts to receive notifications from the Town during emergencies.
Under the “Fire Prevention” tab on the main menu, visitors can access permit and inspection information, fee schedules, lock box information and fire safety tips. Additionally, the “Open Burning” tab provides users with open burning guidelines and permit application and activation.
Chief Parisi stated that the launch of the new website coincides with the introduction of the Department’s updated mission and core values. “We hold Integrity, Compassion, and Professionalism as our core values,” Parisi said. “Our mission of ‘serving our community with pride and honor’ is something we hold near and dear to our heart. We are committed to ensuring that our actions embody our mission and values in everything we do.” The mission and values are displayed prominently on the website, with a tab dedicated to further defining their meaning.
The website will be updated with news, events and other updates. Users are encouraged to sign up to receive email news alerts.
The Ipswich community is invited to follow the Fire Department via social media accounts including Facebook and Twitter/X.
The website was designed by John Guilfoil Public Relations.
